Eat Street Northshore

Home Australia Brisbane Eat Street Northshore

Eat Street Northshore, Brisbane

It was like a mini world tour for my taste buds—neon lights, live music, and the most fun I’ve had on an empty stomach.

First Impressions

Walking into Eat Street Northshore felt like stepping into a night market-meets-carnival dream. Set along the Brisbane River inside a maze of colorful shipping containers, the entire place buzzed with music, laughter, sizzling street food, and so many fairy lights.

It’s energetic but relaxed—perfect for a Friday night out or a casual foodie adventure.

Getting There

I took a ferry to Northshore Hamilton, then followed the signs—it’s just a short walk from the terminal. You can also drive (there’s parking on-site) or take a rideshare from the city (~15 minutes).

Tip: Go hungry and go early—the good stuff sells out, and the tables fill fast!

My Experience

Where do I even begin? I started with crispy Korean fried chicken, followed it with dumplings, then had to try the wood-fired pizza everyone was raving about. For dessert? A hot cinnamon donut and a scoop of Biscoff gelato. No regrets.

Live music played in the background—funky, upbeat, the kind of stuff that makes you sway without realizing it. There were families, couples, groups of friends, and solo adventurers like me just vibing out. Everyone seemed happy.

There were fairy-lit alleyways, neon signs perfect for photos, and even a silent disco if you’re up for dancing.
